This 13 building mixed-use complex on 106 acres, totaling 800,000 s.f. Two mirror image office buildings flank a 450-room hotel forming a triad of buildings at the center of the development. A pedestrian bridge joins their lobbies to a network of enclosed walkways, connecting all elements and providing office tenants with vitality of a true mixed-use environment. This project was developed for Homart Development Co. & The Lerner Companies by the Principals of Architecture International when they were Principals of The Architects Collaborative.
