Baguio Technohub Campus
Camp John Hay, Philippines

The Baguio Technohub located on a 12-hectare lot within Camp John Hay, Baguio City was master planned for Ayala Land, Inc. to be a fully integrated community of technology companies creating a dynamic and sustainable campus environment for BPO employees and agents. The project is composed of 6 low-rise office buildings as well as a retail village to cater to the building users and create a destination place for dining and relaxation. To further support the development, dorms/employee housing will also be developed, further strengthening the “fully integrated BPO Campus” concept.

The development is envisioned to be pedestrian friendly with buildings designed around the sensitive and heavily treed property. A network of pedestrian paths is envisioned to link the buildings through this natural open space. Parking and other vehicular areas are kept underground at the periphery to enable unimpeded pedestrian flow between buildings and facilities. Architecture International developed this master plan for the entire campus and provided schematic design services for the initial buildings in collaboration with Aidea of the Philippines.
