William J. Higgins   FAIA

William J. Higgins, FAIA, has a Masters of Architecture from Harvard and a Bachelors of Architecture, Cum Laude, from Louisiana State University. He has extensive experience in mixed-use developments in the United States and Asia, including four large-scale retail projects in the Philippines. Mr. Higgins also has broad experience in the master planning and design of high-rise residential and educational facilities, including the award-winning plan for Stanford University’s Near West Campus and The Essex on Lake Merritt. Mr. Higgins served as Chair of the AIA International Committee and prior to founding Architecture International in 1994, he was a Principal with The Architects Collaborative in San Francisco.
